| 摘 要： | 遵循网络舆论引导规律是提高网络舆论引导效果的基本原则。必须转变强行管理观念,避免简单删帖、网下抓捕等行为,消除网络意见对立。坚持以受众为中心,遵循新闻传播规律和正面引导为主的原则,全面服务网民。基于网络技术特性,创新网络管理观念,兼容并包,实现网络文化多元化。

| Abstract: | Observing the network consensus guiding rules is the basic principle of improving its guiding effect.It is necessary to change the idea of management by force,avoid blunt deletion of posts and arresting off-line,and eliminate opposition of opinions on the net.We should put the received audience the first,abide by the rule of news media,positively lead the consensus,and whole-hearted serve the netizens.Based on the special technical characteristics of the network,creating new ideas of network administration,we aim to achieve the diversity of the network culture. |
