An analysis of the "software system" of supervision of the public power

There are three decisive sub - systems in the "software system" of supervision of the public power, respectively, power characteristic system, human nature system and political culture system. Power character exists in supervision of the public power, and grows up and persishes with supervision of the public power as its opposite. Human nature is the direct factor in moulding power character. And supervision of the public power possesses human nature guiding the person in power and gigantic energy for his disposable power character. At the same time the political sector most capable of remoulding human nature and open up supervision space belongs to the secularization of political nature.
