| 摘 要： | 我国农村剩余劳动力转移问题自改革开放以来就突出地表现出来,直接影响到我国的经济发展和社会稳定。当前我国农村剩余劳动力转移表现为整体转移无序、不彻底,转移部门狭窄,转移速度缓慢,就业结构转换严重落后于产业结构的转换等特征。故此,必须加速发展农民职业教育,提高农村劳动力素质,促进农村剩余劳动力转移。

| Abstract: | Analysis of the current situation of surplus labor force in the countryside showed that the main characteristics of surplus labor force transition in China are no consequence,not thoroughly,narrow in section,slow in speed and the transition of employ structure is lower than industrial structure.So it is necessary to accelerate the vocational education of farmers,to improve the quality of rural labor force and to promote the transition of the surplus labor force. |
