| 摘 要： | 农民法律意识的状况体现在农民学习、理解、掌握和遵守法律的心理状态和行动等方面,农民在法律意识上的欠缺,制约了农村法制化建设,以秦东地区农民的法律意识调查为例,应努力提高广大农民群众的文化教育水平,帮助他们通过各种渠道学习并掌握法律知识,加快农村法制化建设。 |

| Abstract: | Farmers' awareness of legality is reflected in Farmers' psychology and actions in studying, understanding, mastering and observing legality. Farmers' lack of law awareness restrains legal system construction of the rural areas. An investigation on the awareness of legality of farmers in the Eastern Shaanxi Province indicates the necessity of improving average farmers' educational level, helping farmers master legality from various channels and strengthening legal system construction of rural areas. |
