| Abstract: | In recent years, some MNCs' R&D investments advanced rapidly in China, and it became a new form of China's attraction of foreign capital. By analyzing their forms, entering strategy and affects, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and policies from both levels of governments and enterprises on how to drive for benefits and avoid damage, and how to positively response to the R&D globalization. |
