建构主义学习理论与大学英语多媒体教学论略

摘    要:建构主义的学习理论和教学模式以学生为中心,强调学生学习的主动性和积极性,注重学生对所学知识的意义建构,具有传统教学模式许多无法比拟的优势。多媒体技术的出现为建构主义理论与大学英语教学的结合提供了很好的载体。在建构主义理论基础上的大学英语多媒体教学,要谨慎处理好相关原则,真正建立以学生为中心的教学体系。

Abstract:Constructivist learning and teaching theory is more advantageous than many other traditional teaching models in that it is student - oriented and focuses on the meaning- construction by individuals. The emergence of multimedia technology makes the adoption of constructivism in college English teaching possible. With the help of multimedia technology, based on the constructivist learning and teaching theory, a new teaching model is proposed as well as some general principles of how to build it in the context of China in the belief that with the combination of the two, a real student - oriented teaching model can be set up.
