农村产业融合视域下美丽乡村建设困境分析

随着美丽乡村建设的不断深入,我国乡村建设逐渐呈现出农村一二三产业融合发展的美好前景。广西壮族自治区“美丽南方”的实践表明,农村产业的延伸型融合模式、重组型融合模式、渗透性融合模式有效推动了美丽乡村的组织建设、文化建设、经济建设和制度建设。然而,由于农村产业融合发展水平较低,村庄承载能力不强,农村产业内部管理不规范,产业体制机制障碍等问题严重阻碍了美丽乡村的建设进程。为此,应当将以农民为中心、以农村资源要素流动为目标、以系统的乡村建设机制为基础的美丽乡村建设价值作为农村产业融合发展下美丽乡村建设路径的价值选择。

Beautiful Countryside Construction Practice and Exploration on Basis of Rural Industry Integration

With further implementation of beautiful rural construction, a promising future of integrated development of the rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries is emerging gradually. The practice of "Beautiful South" in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region shows that rural industrial integration, extended integration mode, reorganized integration mode and permeable integration mode has effectively promoted the organizational construction, cultural construction, economic construction and institutional construction of beautiful countryside. However, due to the low level of rural industry integration, the village carrying capacity is not strong, the internal management of rural industry is not standardized, the industrial system and other obstacles to a serious impediment to the beautiful rural construction process. Therefore, we should take the peasants as the center, the rural resource factor mobility as the goal, the system of rural construction mechanism based on the value of the beautiful rural construction as the rural industry integration development under the beautiful village construction path value choice.
