| Abstract: | A modern teacher should also be an expert in his field. This kind of teacher teaches students how to conduct and how to learn to study, not only by their knowledge and abilities, but also boy their noble integrity. To cultivate teachers of this type, it is necessary to reform the current normal education through enhancing moral responsibilities, foster critical thinking and developing a reflective mentality and capability. |
