摘    要:建立了氧气高炉从炉身喷吹预热气体时,高炉冶炼过程的一维数学模型,该模型描述了高炉炉型的变化,炉内13个化学反应,炉墙的热损失,气-固相间的热交换及压力损失。讨论了氧气高炉冶炼的特点。模拟结果表明:随着喷吹预热气体流量增加及温度的升高,炉身上部炉料的温度升高;喷吹预热气体成分的变化,对炉身上部炉料的加热作用不大。

Abstract:An One - dimensional mathematical model,based on oxygen blast furnace with preheating gas injection into upper shaft,has been developed to describe the variation of inner diameter of blast furnace, 13 chemical reactions,the heat losses through the furnace wall,the heat exchange and pressure losses between gas phase and solid phase. The characters of oxygen blast furnace are discussed. The simulated results indicate that the temperature of burden increases throughout the upper shaft with the increasement of the flow and the temperature of preheating gas injected,and that the effect of the heating-up of burden is not so large when the compositions of preheating gas injection are changed. The model is contributed to obtain a deeper understanding of the oxygen blast furnace process.
