农民利益流失及其对策

当代中国农民的经济利益、政治民主权利、社会保障权益没有得到充分实现与尊 重,这成为影响我国改革、发展与稳定的重要因素。产生这一问题既有历史与现实的原因,也有各种 主客观因素.党和政府必须高度重视农民利益问题,积极稳妥推进农村经济、政治、社会体制改革, 切实转变政府职能和干部作风,把农民利益的保护与实现纳入制度化、法制化轨道。

On the Missing of Rights and Interests of the Peasants and Some Countermeasures

Economic interests, democratic rights , rights and interests of enjoying social insurance of the peasants of China of the present age have not been realized and respected fully, which has been an important factor influencing the reform ,development and a stable government of our country. There are historical and real factors, subjective and objective factors that caused the above question. Our Party and Government must pay attention to rights and interests of the peasants of China, and improve the reform of economic system, political system, and social system of the countryside actively and stably, so as to practically change the government functions and the work styles of cadres, and to use the systems and laws to protect and realize rights and interests of the peasants of China.
