| 摘 要： | 在未来发展中,我国要始终处理好利益整合与科学发展的辩证统一关系,并把它们统一于构建社会主义和谐社会的实践中。既要整合好各利益群体的经济、政治、文化利益,又要在全社会树立科学发展理念、生态文明理念,并通过社会保障体系建设和创新社会管理体制来提高人民幸福指数,实现国强民富的目标。
