| 摘 要： | 天津港保税区业已成为货物能源储运、商品进出口保税加工和综合性的国际物流基地。本文保税区物流业的发展为研究对象,以物流合理化、规模化、效应化为目的,从保税区的内涵、功能、定位、产业簇群化发展角度入手,并结合天津港保税区的物流发展及运作的现状、模式分析等论述,规划了天津保税区今后发展的方向,提出了实施天津港保税区在发展和实施物流方面应该采取的对策与措施。
