| 摘 要： | 《仪礼·乡饮酒礼》及相关各篇记有贵族酒会使用犬牲的规定,按这一规定举行的乡饮酒礼、乡射礼、燕礼和大射礼都带有食犬宴会的性质。如果不计饮酒仪节,《仪礼》描述的乡饮酒礼其实就是一场"狗肉盛宴"。对照周代用牲制度来看,《仪礼》所说专用犬牲的规定并非当时乡饮酒礼和类似酒会的通例,很可能只是鲁国及邻近地区特有的习惯。西周春秋时期的鲁国保留了较多的商文化因素,该地区乡饮酒礼使用犬牲的惯例当是沿袭了商族常用犬牲和喜食犬肉的传统。辨明《乡饮酒礼》食犬惯例的性质和来源,有助于全面准确地理解《仪礼》的史料价值和周代礼俗的地区差异等问题。
