摘    要:竞争力来自特色经济和特色文化,并以地区和城市的各项优势为依托。江苏和南京有较好基础,又有某些弱点和不足。增强综合竞争力,应当在物质文明、政治文明、精神文明的建设上不断创新,并把这三种竞争力整合好。

Abstract:Competitiveness comes from characteristic economy and culture, and relies on strengths of local and city economy. Jiangsu and Nanjing have a good foundation, while possess some weakness and disadvantages. Strengthening the general competitiveness means to continuously blaze new trails in substance, political and spiritcivilization construction, and to harmonize the three competitiveness.
