| 摘 要： | 利用传统产业组织理论中的SCP范式,对我国商业银行的市场结构———企业行为———经济绩效进行分析,得出了与该理论恰恰相反的结论,即集中度与利润回报率的背离。找出存在这种现象的根本原因,为中国商业银行的改革指明方向。

| Abstract: | SCP paradigm in the traditional industry organization theory is used to analyze the structure-conduct-performance of the Commercial Banks in China and a conclusion of the deviation between concentration and profit is drawn.The essential causes of this appearance are found.The innovation direction of the Commercial Banks in China is put forward. |
