英语专业学生听力的培养与提高

听力技能是重要的语言技能之一,听力教学是英语教学的重要环节。培养和提高听力理解能力对英语专业学生来说,其重要性不言而喻。而这一能力的培养和提高需要师生的共同努力。从"克服三类障碍(心理障碍、语音障碍和文化障碍)、注意两个结合(课内与课外结合、精听与泛听结合)、加强三项训练(听说训练、听写训练、视听训练)、提高两种能力(记忆能力、推理能力)"几个方面做了较为深刻的分析,对培养和提高英语专业学生听力提出建议性措施。

The cultivation and improvement of English majors' listening ability

Listening skill is one of the important language skills,while listening teaching is a major link in English teaching.To English majors,the significance of cultivating and improving their listening ability is self evident.But this requires teachers and students' common efforts.This article attempts to make some profound analyses from such aspects as "overcoming 3 barriers (barriers in psychology, phonetics and culture); noting 2 combinations (combination of in class listening and after class listening;combination of intensive listening and extensive listening);enhancing 3 trainings (training in listening & speaking,listening & writing, viewing and listening);upgrading 2 abilities (memory ability and reasoning ability)" and propose constructive measures concerning the cultivation and improvement of English majors' listening ability.
