摘    要:劳务派遣最大特点是劳动力的雇佣与使用的分离。劳务派遣发展,冲击传统用工方式,损害被派遣劳动者的权益。《劳动合同法》的施行,对规范劳务派遣、保障被派遣劳动者合法权益具有重要作用。

Abstract:The most significant feature of labourer dispatch is the separation of employment and labour.The development of lab-ourer dispatch challenges the means of traditional labourer employment. It would harm the rights and interests of dispatched labourer. The implementation of Labour Contract Law played an important role in regulating the laborer dispatch and protecting legitimate rights and interests of dispatched laboruer.
