| 摘 要： | 企业并购作为企业组织规模扩张的有效手段在世界许多国家普遍采用.我国自20世纪80年代第一起企业并购案例开始,企业并购在范围、形式和数量方面都有了很大发展.同时政府也制定了一系列法律、法规和政策.但我国企业并购中存在不少法律问题需进一步完善,以保证企业并购行为的规范发展.

| Abstract: | The annexing of enterprises as expansion of enterprises' scale and as effective means is commonly utilized in many countries of the world.Since the first annexing of enterprises in 1980s,the enterprises' annexing has developed a lot in ranges,forms and numbers.At the same time government has also made a series of Laws,statues and policies.However,there are still many problems of Laws which need to be improved in enterprise's annexing in order to guarantee enterprise annexing to develop normally. |
