| 摘 要： | 我国民族法制正面临向民族法治的转型。在此过程中，民族自治地方人大具有重要的地位和作用。本文对民族自治地方人大在民主制度建设、立法和对执法、司法的监督等民族法治建设环节中的地位和作用作了较为详细的探讨。

| Abstract: | Ethnic legal system in China is transforming for ethnic legal rule. In this course, local People's Congress in Autonomous Minority Nationality Area plays a significant role. In this paper, the author approached the status and functions of local People's Congress in the construction of democracy, legislation, enforcement of law, judicial supervision in Autonomous Minority Nationality Area in greater details. |
