| 摘 要： | 国家“十一五”计划作出了经济增长方式从“投资拉动”向“消费拉动”转变的重大战略决策。我国民族地区经济整体发展水平和消费水平都比较落后，促进民族地区消费的发展具有重要的现实意义。通过对延边地区的消费增长率、最终消费率、消费贡献率和消费结构等方面的分析可见，改革开放以来，延边地区消费增长对经济增长起到了较大的作用，因此，延边地区应采取措施创造良好的消费环境，促进消费增长，进而带动经济增长，实现经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of the consumption growth rate,ultimate consuming rate,consuming contribution rate,and consumption structure,it has been shown that the consumption growth has played a great role in the economic growth in Yanbian area since the Reforms and Opening up policy were carried out.Thus a better consuming environment must be created so that the economic growth would be stimula- ted and sustainable economic development would be realized. |
