| 摘 要： | 公司治理是现代公司制度中最重要的组织框架,本文基于不对称信息角度,提出金融介入公司治理是完善公司治理的一种较好选择,分析了金融介入公司治理的理论动因,并提出了促使金融中介积极介入公司治理的制度安排。

| Abstract: | Corporate governance is the most important organizational framework in modern corporate institution. Based on asymmetric information, this paper proposes finance interfering corporate governance is a better choice to perfect corporate governance, analyses the theoretic reason of finance interference and also advances the institutional arrangement to urge financial intermediation to interfere corporate governance. |
