高校教师考核评价机制的创新

摘    要:高校教师的考核评价是实施岗位聘任制度的重要内容,分析了高校现行教师考核评价机制的基本现状,指出了现行高校教师考核评价机制存在的问题。提出了高校要进行教师考核评价机制的创新,必须要确立适应高校的发展理念,要注重定性与定量、内部与外部、过程与结果的结合;尊重教育教学规律,科学设置考核项目;建立健全考核体系,提高教师队伍素质,全面提高教育教学质量和办学效益的根本目的。

Abstract:The assessment and appraisal of college teachers is main contents of the implementation of post employing system.In this paper the current situation of assessment and appraisal mechanism is analyzed and the problems occurred are also pointed out.It is also proposed that the innovation of the assessment and appraisal mechanism in institutions of higher learning hove to adapt to the development thinking and emphasize on the combinations of quantity and quality,inner and out side,procedure and production.Also during the innovation the disciplinarian of education has to be respected and assessment project be set up properly.The assessment system should be established in order to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers and improve the quality of teachers' group.In this way the ultimate goal of enhancing the education quality and benefit totally can be achieved.
