摘    要:焦虑作为外语学习中关键的情感因素之一,对学习效率的影响不容忽视.在外语教学中,教师应重视调节学生学习中的焦虑情绪,避免高焦虑情绪对学习的不利影响,但也要注意使学生保持适度焦虑,以激发他们的学习兴趣,使其取得良好的学习效果.

Abstract:Anxiety, as one of the major affective factors in foreign language teaching (FLT), has significant influence on students' learning efficiency. In FLT, teachers should regulate students' anxiety to avoid its negative effect on learning. Meanwhile, students ought to keep a certain degree of anxiety so that their interest can be aroused and better learning results derived.
