对高等职业教育系统性改革策略的探讨

我国经济社会快速发展的要求与人才滞后的矛盾已日趋明显。高等职业教育将为社会培养大量的适应性、实用型的人才。然而,高等职业教育在改革发展中也存在着办学条件较差、教育质量不高以及就业不理想等问题。因此,为了促进高等职业教育的发展,我们应该全面审视目前所存在的问题,从管理体制、培养制度、培养模式、课程体系等方面进行系统的改革。

Probe into Systematic Reform Strategy of Higher Vocational Education

The contradiction between rapid economic growth and difficulty in talent introduction has become more obvious.It requires vocational colleges to train a large number of qualified personnel to adapt themselves to social demands.However,there are many problems in development of the education,such as less-equipped conditions for running school,lower educational quality and relatively low employment rate,etc.Therefore,we should observe current problems in an overall way and reform them in management,train system and mode and curriculum to promote the development of higher vocational education.
