| 摘 要： | 本文着眼于贸易领域经纪活动中特殊风险的研究,分析经纪伙伴风险产生的根源和条件并提出如何规避的思路,目的是使经纪人在从事经纪活动时,能够提高防范意识,增强防范能力,尽可能避免由于经纪伙伴风险给自己造成的危害。

| Abstract: | This article deals with a specific type of brokerage risk in trade. Based on a detailed analysis of the root source and prerequisite that create and develop broker partnership risk, this article puts forward a system atic counterm easure against the risk. It aim s to m ake brokers in the business activities im prove their aw areness of precaution, enhance their ability to defend broker partnership risk, and avoid potential dam age caused by the risk as m uch as possible. |
