| 摘 要： | 随着高校办学规模的扩大，学生伤害事故的发生日趋频繁。为此，有必要在对众多学生伤害事故分类研究的基础上，建立一个系统的事故防范与解决机制，借助社会保险、互助基金等手段，以化解学校管理面临的巨大压力，在尽最大可能缓解受伤害学生及家长痛苦的同时，维护学校及其他学生的基本利益，做到定纷止争，促进和谐校园建设。
