南朝岭南民族政策新探

本文在前人研究基础上 ,就南朝对岭南的民族政策的独特性、征与抚的主次关系及其形成原因等三个方面做了新的探讨 ,认为南朝对岭南的民族政策以征讨为主 ,羁縻为辅 ,其征讨政策具有长期性和地方性等特点 ,这种状况的形成 ,与南朝寒人武夫的兴起有着密切的联系

A Research of the Ethnic Policy of Southern Dynasties in South of the Five Ridges

On the basis of past studies, this paper expounds the uniquenessof the ethnic policy of Southern Dynasties in south of the Five Ridges. It also studies the relationship of the two policies: conquering or placation, and why the policy was formed. The author argues that the major policy was conquering, and placation was just secondary. The rising of the low-level military group (han-ren) had a direct bearing on long-term regional conquering.
