| 摘 要： | 我国高校普遍实行的学生管理工作中存在不足,突出对学生以人为本的管理将是大学生管理工作的必然要求。以人为本的管理与制度管理并不矛盾,要在高校中实行"三全德育",提高以人为本管理的可行性和实效性。
