摘    要:建立了毛细管电泳法直接分离测定饲料中三聚氰胺的方法,研究了缓冲溶液种类、物质的量浓度、pH值、电压等对分离的影响,对分离条件进行了优化.在波长215 nm,分离电压18 kV,5 mmol.L-1硼砂-10 mmol.L-1磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液(pH=7.0)中,三聚氰胺在5 min内得到了较好的分离.该法用于测定市售样品得到较满意结果,线性关系良好,R2为0.996 9,回收率在89%~126%之间.

Abstract:A method was developed for the determination and separation of melamine in feed by capillary electrophoresis.Effects of several factors,such as the pH value,type and concentration of running buffer,separation voltage were investigated to find the optimum condition.The result showed the best separation of melamine were achieved in the running buffer of 5 mmol/L Na2B4O7-10 mmol/L NaH2PO4(pH 7.0) at 18 kV separation voltage with UV detection at 215 nm.The linear relationship was good.The correlation coefficient was 0.9969,and the recovery rate was about 89%~126%.The method was simple,rapid,highly sensitive and with good repeatability.
