Scheme and Implementation of the Digitized Transformation of Scientific Research Management

This paper has put forward to the idea of the digitized transformation that university's scientific research management carries on and concrete scheme that realize,and the goal of the transformation is to realize that the digitization of the scientific research business,to improve the efficiency of management,to offer the decision basis to administrator.And it is regarded as a part of the digitized campus finally.This paper has also set up the method of the administrative system of scientific research on the basis of B/S mode,and the realization course of main module,such as scientific research examining,statistical analysis,department's cooperation,etc.
