| 摘 要： | 创新素质是酒店竞争和发展需要所要求的酒店管理人员的基本素质之一,而目前我国高等旅游院校酒店管理专业现行的教学模式不适应学生创新素质的培养,如何培养学生的创新素质成为一个及待解决的问题。
