| 摘 要： | 在简单介绍顺义区外来流动人口基本情况的基础上,运用多类别对数比率回归分析方法,分析了影响外来人口居留意愿的积极和消极因素。研究表明:来京时间、户口性质、住房情况、在北京是否有固定工作以及家人是否同在北京是影响外来人口居留意愿的主要因素。认为:要从城市的推力、拉力入手,正确引导流动人口的流动方向和流动速度,实现建立和谐社会的目标。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the migrant population in District Shunyi,and analyzes the factors concerning the residing preference of the people by using Multinomial Logit Model.It refers the possible reasons to the following: time in Beijing,household type,housing condition,whether having a permanent job in the city and whether with their family.It suggests leading the migrating trend and speed under a right guidance. |
