| 摘 要： | 本文系统地分析了刘少奇的“巩固新民主主义制度”思想,认为该思想萌芽于1945年<论党>的报告,明确提出这一思想则是在1951年3月中国共产党全国第一次组织工作会议上.该思想内涵包括政治、经济、规定过渡的务件和方式等三方面.

| Abstract: | This article analyzes Liu Shaoqi's thoughts of consolidation of new democracy system thoroughly. Holds that the thoughts were initiated in his report On the Party presented in 1945 and formally proposed at the first conference on organization of the Chinese Communist Party in 3,1951. The thoughts consist of three components, i.e. polities economics, and the condition and way of the transition. |
