| 摘 要： | 本文运用归纳比较法,依照土地管理法中征地补偿制度,结合西北地区地方性法规及文件中的具体规定,全面介绍西北地区有关土地征收补偿标准的具体规定,归纳出该地区立法的一致性及不同的模式,旨在为西北地区乃至国家土地征收补偿标准的进一步完善提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article,using methods of induction and comparison,according to the compensation regulations in land management law;and based on the specific stipulations in local laws and regulations in Northwestern provinces,comprehensively introduces the specific stipulations concerning the standard of compensation for expropriated land in Northwest China,induces the uniformity and different patterns in their local legislations,thus providing northwestern provinces and also the whole nation with references for the consummation of land expropriation compensation standards. |
