国际信用消费经验对我国的启示

西方国家在信用消费，即个人信用制度、风险防范制度、法律制度的建立健全等方面积累的成功经验，对于我国民众转变消费观念，建立和完善个人信用制度，大力发展住房信用消费、汽车信用消费和信用卡消费等都有值得借鉴的意义。

Inspiration Drawn from International Credit Consumption

This paper analyses the sucessful experiences of credit consumption of Western countries in building up and perfecting personal credit systems, hazard-proof systems and legal systems. There is much in these experiences that we can make use of in convertingpeople's views of consumption, in setting up and perfecting personal credit system and in vigorously promoting credit consumptions of accomodation, automobile credit consumption and consumption by credit cards.
