| 摘 要： | 宏观调控对象应由总量问题与结构问题共同组成。总量是由结构组成的,总量失衡往往由结构失衡引起,对总量进行调控往往离不开对结构的调控。产业结构既具有宏观性又具有微观性,应纳入宏观调控范围。

| Abstract: | The objects of macroeconomic administration should consist of aggregation and structure.The aggregation consists of the structure.the disequilibrium of aggregation comes form the disequilibrium of structure.The adjustments of aggregation are accompanied with adjustments of the structure.Industrial structure is macroeconomic as well as microeconomic.So the structure adjustment should be included in the scope of macroeconomic administration. |
