法治视角下我国当代社会公平问题研究

我国当代的社会公平是建立在马克思主义公平观与中国社会现实相结合基础之上的中国特色社会主义社会公平。我国的社会主义社会公平建设依赖法治,而法治本身又需要公平来驱动。我国当代的社会公平建设在取得进步的同时在公民基本生存条件、基本发展权利、基本社会保障及司法救济等方面存在一些问题。因此,我们应从树立宪法权威、完善司法体制、规范政府行为、完善监督机制方面入手,最终实现社会的公平。
