| 摘 要： | 人力资本的价值是一种产出性价值。人力资本保值增值的实质是人力资本创造新价值能力的保持和提高。生产成果的分配不能体现人力资本的保值增值,剩余索取权不能完全保障人力资本的保值增值权。人力资本的保值增值必须通过有效的人力资本投资来实现。
