人口美学略论

本文认为，从柏拉图的《理想国》中城邦国家人口规模及其构成的设想，到马克思的“人也要按美的规律采建构”的观点，以及之后出现的各种适度人口理论，都蕴涵着人口美学的思想和原则。事实上，人类为了更好地生存和发展，自古以来，就在不同程度上自觉或不自觉地进行着优生优育的人口美学实践活动。因而研究人口美学应从两个方面着手：一是人口美学理论(包括古代人口美学思想、马克思主义人口美学思想、各种适度人口理论)，二是人口美学实践(主要包括人口优化系统工程、计划生育美学、人口与市场经济的美学分析和预测等)。

On Population Aesthetics

The ideas and principles of population aesthetics have b een embedded in all kinds of population theories, such as the size and construct ion of the state country population described in Plato's Utopia,Marx's view of human development,and sauvy's optimum population.In reality, the human bein gs have been trying to bear and rear excellent children in order to survive and develop in their best way. Therefore , the research on population aesthetics should be approached from two aspects. One aspect is from the theories of population aesthetics (which includes ancient population aesthetics thoughts, Marxist population aesthetics thoughts and all k inds of theories about optimum population), the other is from the practice of population aesthetics (which includes the population optimizing systematic pr oject, the aesthetics of birth control, the aesthetic analysis and prediction of population and the market economy).
