| 摘 要： | 法律信仰是法制建设的奋斗目标,大学生因其在社会中的特殊角色地位而必须树立现代法律信仰。高校《法律基础》课的教学存在着重知识传授而轻信仰培养的倾向,造成学生学而不用,知而不信。因而,必须改革法律教学,将尚法理念的培养置于大学法制教育的核心地位。

| Abstract: | The awareness of law must be an integrated part of undergraduate education since the students will become part of a society that is founded on the basis of law.The current education of law among universities is undermined due to a misleading teaching method,and this paper proposes some measures to tackle this problem. |
