| 摘 要： | 20世纪 90年代以后 ,中国的城镇贫困问题日趋严重。本文分析了我国当前城镇贫困的现状及产生的原因 ,并提出了 2 1世纪我国缓解城镇贫困的对策 ,包括收入分配政策、减少失业的就业对策和社会保障体系对策。
