| 摘 要： | 结合国内外相关立法及理论的考察,2007年刚刚通过的《中国人民共和国物权法》第90条事实上是有关相邻环境权的规定。这是对我国《民法通则》相邻关系规范的超越,它反映了相邻关系的生态化,以及民法和环境法在调整相邻关系方面的协同。

| Abstract: | Article 90 in the Law of Property of China is about Neighboring Environment Right, which was based on the relevant legislation and theories of China and foreign countries and published in 2007. It is the further development of Neighboring Relationship in General Principles of the Civil Law of China. The article shows the ecologization of neighboring relationship, and the cooperation of civil law and environmental law in adjusting the neighboring relation. |
