| 摘 要： | 提高我省农业综合生产能力,就要大力推进农业产业化,要树立科学发展观,对农业产业化的发展要有正确的认识,把农业产业化作为系统工程来抓,为农业产业化的发展创造良好的运行环境,要注重自身并引导相关方面进行改革与创新,建立协调的利益机制,加强龙头企业的培育建立理性的行政运作制度,大力发展特色农业。

| Abstract: | In order to increase the comprehensive agricultural productivity in our province, it is essential to promote agricultural industrialization with a scientific development outlook. Therefore the local government should take the agricultural industrialization as a systematic work, create a good environment for its development,guide the reforms and innovations in relevant areas, set up a harmonious interest mechanism, accelerate the construction of the leading enterprises, build up a rational administrative management system and develop the agriculture with distinguishing features. |
