实现经济增长方式转换的条件和难点探讨

经济增长方式从粗放型到集约型的转换，是实现＂九五＂和２０１０年奋斗目标的关键之一。但从目前的实际和今后的发展看，要实现这一历史性的转换，还存在着许多困难，需要创造和具备一定的条件。因此，要辩证地认识经济增长方式转换中的有关理论问题，同时根据不同部门、不同行业和不同区域之间的差异情况采取结构转换的对策。

On the Conversional Conditions and Difficulties of the Economic Growth Model

The economic growth model converted from the extensive one to the intensive one is the crux of realization of the Ninth Five-Year Plan and the goal of 2010.However,given the present praxis and its development in future,it is hard to make the historic conversion possible,for certain conditions are lacking.Therefore,the dialectic understanding of the theories concerned in the course of the conversion of the economic growth model is indispensible.And countermeasures of structural conversion can be adopted,according to the differences between different deparments,industries and regions.
