民主政治视野下的公民知情权保障探究

民主政治的发展光靠党的良好愿望和单方面的努力是不够的,还需要公民的积极政治参与。为此,我们需要努力确保公民知情权的落实。当前,我国在保障公民知情权方面已经取得重大突破,建立了相关制度,颁布了部分法律法规,但仍存在诸如法阶层次不高、落实程度不够等方面的不足,需要我们不断努力,从强化行政问责制等方面入手,探索保障该权利的更加有效的途径。

On Ensuring People's Right to Know under the Field of Vision of Democracy

The development of democracy depends not only on the Party＇s good wishes and unilateral ef- forts, but also the active political participation on the part of common people. So we need to insure the fulfillment of people＇s right to know. In ensuring this right, we have achieved a lot, set up related sys- tems and promulgated some laws and statutes, but there are some inadequacies such as the lowness of legal level and the insufficiency of fulfilling extent. Therefore, we need to strive constantly, search for more effective approaches to the ensurance of people＇s right to know.
