| 摘 要： | 劳务派遣业作为我国新兴的一种劳务模式,对促进就业,保持社会稳定起到了积极作用,但由于其自身的缺陷,在实际运行中产生了严重的社会问题,对正常的劳动力市场秩序产生了较大的冲击。日本的劳务派遣业兴起较早,形成较有特点的运行模式。日本派遣业的特点和我国派遣业存在的不足表明,我国劳务派遣业的发展方向应当是努力形成"派遣就业+技能培训+社会保障+依法维权"的四位一体的派遣形态。
