| 摘 要： | 大学文化精神是一个层次分明的观念系统,是大学人关于大学的最本质属性的主观意识,主要包括大学人的大学观、人文精神和理性精神。大学观是大学人关于大学的总体看法和基本观点,是大学文化精神的核心;人文精神是大学文化精神的重要组成部分;理性精神是最能体现大学人职业特征的文化精神。本文从静态的角度对大学文化精神的现状进行了客观考察。
