| 摘 要： | 按照高校可持续发展的要求,以"顾客为关注焦点"的传统ISO9000模式存在着不足,它忽略了教育过程中对学生心理环境和就业环境可持续发展的要求。基于ISO9000的绿色高校学生管理模式在策划和实施过程中,可加强对学生心理健康的引导和管理;在检查和改进过程中,学校通过建立专门的信息反馈机制,可延长服务周期,保持与用人单位的联系。这种管理模式符合可持续发展的战略要求,更能够满足高校培养复合型人才的需求。
