大学生权利救济的途径与方式研究

高校学生管理法律纠纷呈快速上升趋势,一些侵害大学生合法权益的行为得不到及时纠正,大学生合法权益得不到有效保障。为此,应当建立并完善从易到难、由浅入深、由内而外的多元、立体、全方位、广覆盖的在校大学生权利救济途径与方式,以方便学生维权,督促高校依法治校,实行人性化管理,并最终促进我国教育法律体系健康发展。
