| 摘 要： | 在新的教育体制下和特殊的教育市场中,高校存在的法律关系变得日益复杂,与高校相关的法律纠纷与日俱增。本文通过阐述近几年高校涉诉的典型案例,试着分析高校安全稳定工作中法律问题的主要类型及其成因,并提出应对措施,以强化依法治校理念,切实维护高校合法权益。

| Abstract: | Under the new education system and the special education market,the legal relationships existed in universities became increasingly complex,legal disputes related to universities have increasingly grown.This paper expounded some typical lawsuits universities involved in recent years,trying to analyze the main types and reasons of legal issues in universities’ security and stability work,put forward some countermeasures to enhance lawful management ideology and preserve the legal rights and interests of universities. |
